We want to get your property fixed or paid fast in a covered incident! Always report claims ASAP to us or directly to corporate! Here is a quick guide we put together to make your insurance claim process fast, easy!

What To Do After An Accident Just Happened?
Remember taking photos of everything in an incident can help you make a claim easier! And contact us or the numbers above.
After A Vehicle/motorcycle Accident:

Gather this information:

Drivers info (driver's license, name, phone number,).

Other vehicles involved license plates.

Insurance info/ Insurance ID card Should have this info on it

Named insured, Vehicle year, make, model, Registered Owner, Policy number, effective and expiration date of the policy, the agent name, address, and phone number.

Location of accident.
-
Time of day and weather.
-
Pictures of damages to your vehicle and any other vehicle/object involved.

Contact info for any witness (witnesses are people not involved in the accident).

Remember to never openly admit fault and let claims adjusters settle accidents.

After A Home/Renters Incident:

If a non-total loss home incident happens remember to take photos of any damaged areas including personal property is involved.

If your home is completely destroyed or unlivable due to an incident, it is important to report it ASAP, so we can get a place for you to stay.

And if personal property is damaged in any claim make a note of the total estimated loss value of those items.

After Business Incident:
If any business incident happens large or small, please report it right away! Incidents differ greatly compared to auto and home claims but this is a general rule of thumb.

Record all details of the incident including:
